Robin recently updated a trust for us and the process was very smooth. There were several things to update and she was very thorough and helpful through the whole process. Robin was actually an assistant a few years ago when I was getting my elderly mothers trust updated and she was very helpful in putting my mom at ease during that whole process which really made it go much easier. If you are looking to get a trust I would definitely recommend contacting Robin. For me and I think most folks there is no need to get an expensive lawyer or law firm to do this. Hi Robin, just wanted to let you know the closing has completed and the payoff statement was finally sent. The title co. attorney was very impressed with your notary work stating "Thanks again to you, “T” AND your notary for doing a stellar job in execution of loan docs." He said there is often problems with the remote closings because of the improperly executed notarizations, but not in this case! If we need any additional notary work I will be calling you. Thanks for your help on this
