Hi Robin, just wanted to let you know the closing has completed and the payoff statement was finally sent. The title co. attorney was very impressed with your notary work stating "Thanks again to you, “T” AND your notary for doing a stellar job in execution of loan docs." He said there is often problems with the remote closings because of the improperly executed notarizations, but not in this case! If we need any additional notary work I will be calling you.
