Pour-Over Wills, Deed to Revocable Trust (1) (recording services included for San Diego County), Certification of Trust. Assignment of Personal Property, Power of Attorneys, Healthcare Directives, HIPAA Releases, Disposition Instructions (2), misc. documents as directed. Final signing appointment with Notary services included.
